Thank you to all Tally Ladies today, for your patience while we navigated our new computer system MI Club:  as usual there were some hiccups in the initial start date, (today), but that’s teething problems to be expected …and the challenge of playing off a different index …. but, that was a bit of a surprise… but you all managed very well . It was a low scoring day, due to the challenges set …but, golf is a challenge at the best of time hey …. Things will settle over the next few weeks … so, the committee thank you for your patience….

DECEMBER: 3rd… Christmas here we come

Today saw us play our final handicapped game for the year, hooray!! hooray!! came the shout from a few members … (most actually) … and next week sees us play Monday, 2 person ambrose, and Thursday 3 clubs and putter … and a reminder on both days to dress Christmassy .. to wind down our golfing year that, as we all know, has had its difficulties…thanks Mr Covid .. Anyway, we have come through it , and really have not much to complain about…well !!!! But it could have been a lot worse…. so thank you to all our ladies, you have all done a great job and what alot of fun we have had … Not to mention, some fantastic golf , here at Tally Valley.

We have our presentation day and Christmas break up is on Monday 14th December.

Today, we surprised our Club Captain, with a big 00 birthday cake made my our caker, Jan Esplin… Kay is doing a fabulous job, and we have lots of new and exciting adventurers to look forward to in 2021….

The Committee of Tally Valley Ladies Golf, on behalf of all our ladies, wish everyone, a safe and enjoyable Christmas season … and look forward to seeing everyone back in the new year, for some good practice sessions before we resume on Monday February 1st, 2021.

Special thanks goes to the Management and Staff at Tally Valley Golf Course, for their continuing support and assistance throughout 2020… they have been just fantastic ..so a huge shout out to Ben, Carla, Noie, Eddy, Rachel, Jane, Romena & Kay … a huge THANK YOU 🙂 

Once again, Happy ?00 birthday Kay, for  the 21st December … along with alot our members who are celebrating birthdays over this festive season.
